Basma (basmaapp.org) is a WhatsApp Business API Tech Provider platform. We provide inbox, campaigns, and automation tools for businesses to manage their WhatsApp communication.

1. Data We Collect

When you connect WhatsApp via Facebook Login for Business, we receive: WABA ID, Phone Number ID, Business ID, and access token with permissions whatsapp_business_management and whatsapp_business_messaging. We also collect your business email and name.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to provide WhatsApp messaging services: sending/receiving messages, managing templates, and showing analytics. We do not sell your data.

3. Data Storage

Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely. Messages are stored for 90 days unless you request longer retention.

4. Sharing

We only share data with Meta Graph API to provide WhatsApp services. No third-party sharing.

5. Your Rights
